In this tutorial, we will go over how to withdraw your AZERO coins from KuCoin.
Please note that:
When using a third-party wallet interface, your coins are kept on the blockchain in a non-custodial fashion.
Third-party wallet interfaces are just different tools to access the blockchain.
You can restore your account using your JSON file or mnemonic seed via any of the compatible wallet interfaces.
You may have to complete some security checks (SMS, Google Authenticator, email) before you can lodge the withdrawal. The amount of security layers that you must pass will depend on the security settings you have configured in your account.
The time that exchanges take to process withdrawals may vary. Please allow some time for the exchange to process your withdrawal. If you have not received your coins after an extended period of time, please contact KuCoin support.
Head to KuCoin and log in to your account.
Hover the wallet icon in the top-right corner. Then, click 'Overview'.
Next, click 'Withdraw'.
Click on the coin selection box, search for "AZERO" and select it.
After that, you will need to click on the network selection box, choose 'AZERO' and hit 'Confirm'.
Lastly, enter your wallet address and the amount of coins you would like to withdraw. Then, click 'Withdraw'.
Your withdrawal should've now been lodged and will be processed by the exchange accordingly. Congratulations on taking self-custody of your coins!
